Parinaz completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and has been working in private practice for over six years, helping clients recover from injury and improve their physical health.
With a strong focus on personalised and holistic care, Parinaz is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals, lifestyle, and the underlying causes of their condition, ensuring treatment plans are tailored for long-term success.
Parinaz has a special interest in managing musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, back and neck pain, tendon injuries, arthritis, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Her approach combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to support recovery and prevent future injury.
She is also trained in Clinical Pilates (APPI Levels 1–4) and incorporates this into her treatment programs to improve strength, stability, and movement control. Parinaz is experienced in manual therapy and advanced dry needling, allowing her to deliver well-rounded and effective care.
She finds it incredibly rewarding to see her clients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities and sports they love.
