Frida Bleggi completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of Verona in Italy in 2011 and has been practicing in Australia since 2013 after completing all required registration examinations.

With a strong focus on whole-body assessment and treatment, Frida takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to care. She has a special interest in managing long-standing and recurrent conditions, often helping patients who have struggled to find answers elsewhere. Frida believes in treating the body as an interconnected system and works to identify the root cause of pain rather than just addressing symptoms.

Frida has completed advanced training through the Connect Therapy Series, enhancing her ability to assess and treat the body from a global perspective. She is also trained in Level 1 and 2 Dry Needling and has completed further study in Visceral Manipulation, allowing her to incorporate a broader understanding of the relationship between organ function and musculoskeletal pain into her treatments.

She is passionate about helping clients of all backgrounds achieve long-term results through a combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercise-based rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Frida enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, visiting the Great Barrier Reef, and staying active through CrossFit.
